The Caringbah Bistro & Lounge bar has been impressing locals with their premium bistro cuisine served in modern, open, air-conditioned and family friendly surrounds. Since renovating the hotel in 2004 (previously known as The Caringbah Inn Hotel), The Caringbah Bistro & Lounge Bar has been an instant success. The open-kitchen bistro regularly updates its menu to take advantage of seasonal produce and now offers a selection of pub fare with something for everyone. Some sample selections include grain-fed steaks, gourmet beef and chicken burgers, beer-battered fish & chips, seafood risotto, tandoori chicken gourmet pizza, butter chicken curry and BBQ Pork Spare Ribs. House specialties include chicken schnitzel parmigiana or veal scallopini. Why not try one of the bistro's food promotions which are also very popular including $11.95 juicy 300gm grain-fed rump steaks on Thursdays nights and lunch and dinner Sunday; Monday nights are $10 pizza and pasta, also now showing Monday night footy.
